The Screenprinting process is as follows:

1.  Make artwork in a vector format - this allows it to be printed.

2. Burn the artwork onto a screen that has been prepped with a special chemical called emulsion.

3. Set up the press so that the shirt and all of the colors of the design are aligned properly.

4. Line up the shirt on the palate to make sure it is straight and even.

5. Run the squeegee over the screen to get the ink to bleed through the holes.

6. Run the shirt through the dryer to cure the ink.

7. ALL DONE!!
